About Our School
Welcome to the School of Chemistry and Physics.
Chemistry and Physics have significant interaction in daily life, sunscreens, solar panels for energy, optical fibre for communication . The school emphasises the fundamental understanding for further applications by promoting our innovative research and teaching concepts. These concepts encourage the students with their development of individual and logical thinking. Our school offers a wide range of degree programs: undergraduates, including Specialist degrees, Honours and Postgraduates.
The Disciplines of Chemistry and Physics are located across the Badger Building, The Braggs, Johnson Building and Physics Building. We have sizeable teaching laboratories for chemistry and physics and over 30 research laboratories, with outstanding shared instrumentation across the school. We also have resource rooms for students, meeting rooms and seminar rooms.
