Prospective Students

The School of Chemistry & Physics provides a world-class concentration of scientific research, education and infrastructure across the North Terrace of the University. The School's research interests include biological chemistry, chemical synthesis and laser and ion chemistry, high energy astrophysics, atmospheric physics, high performance computing, geophysics, mathematical physics, medical physics, optics and photonics, particle and nuclear theory, and physical archaeometry

Core research disciplines within the school are:

There is strong interaction between a number of groups within the School, other University disciplines on both the North Terrace and Waite Campuses, and other institutions.
